High School Transcripts

High School transcripts are available from Glasgow High School at no charge for current students or those who graduated in the previous year. All other graduates must pay a $2.00 fee to cover retrieval, printing, and postage.

To obtain a transcript, please download and fill out and sign the form linked below.

All requests must include the completed form. In-person requesters will be asked for a photo ID. Typically, requests are filled within 48 hours.
